can my 3month puppy with his 2nd shot be around other house dogs?

my 3 month old maltese got his 6 in 1 shot a few days ago. if my dog will be around other house dogs(potty trained outside) that do not have all their shots, is there a chance my dog can be at risk?

How do I build agility training equipment for a dog if I don't have PVC pipe?PS:don't want to spend much money?
